Informatics Coordination Board
a) Creating an informatic vision and mission
b) Preparing long term and short term strategic plans
c) Arranging work flow, mission and responsibilities in the university concerning informatics
d) Review the regulations, procedures and instructions and rearrange them if necessary.
e) Making staff planning concerning with informatics.
f) Making plans concerning with the use of hardware and software in informatics, carrying out the functions of purchasing, using, managing and adapting them in a coordinated and efficient way
g) Recommending and accepting the institutional projects to be developed in informatics.
h) Providing and evaluating the strategic budget in the field of informatics.
i) Creating institutional performance criteria and performance evaluating in the field of informatics.
